Races in April and International Show Jumping in May are canceled

The CSI **/*/YH International Jumping Races at Chuchle Arena Prague, originally scheduled for 28 to 31 May 2020, are canceled due to a worldwide pandemic. Furthermore, the Chuchle Arena Prague cancels all events that were on the program in April. A new schedule of races and show races is being prepared and will be published and implemented as far as possible depending on the overall measures throughout the Czech Republic.

Ticket sales stopped, the beginning of the season will be postponed

Chuchle Arena Prague is currently suspending the advance sale of all types of tickets for the horse racing season 2020. The measure is valid until further notice. In connection with the declaration of the state of emergency in the Czech Republic are canceled horse racing day on April 5th and show jumping April 9th-12th.

Great program of the season 2020

Prague's Winter Favourite Stakes ended the season

The horse racing season 2019 in the Czech Republic ended on Saturday, November 9th at Chuchle Arena Prague, the fourth running of Prague's Winter Favorite Stakes (9f, 100 ths CZK) with ten promising 2yo horses was the highlight of the schedule.

Dominique won The President Stakes

In beautiful weather and with the biggest crowd of the season, the penultimate this years raceday took place at the racecourse Chuchle Arena Prague on Sunday, October 27. The highlight of the program was the 99th President Stakes (Class A, 2m, 200 ths CZK), a traditional two-mile ultra-long-distance race, which was founded in 1920 by the first President of Czechoslovakia Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk.

Eliot Cup ended the show jumping season

Chuchle Arena Prague has successfully completed its first show jumping season. Eliot Cup, the fourth and last show jumping of this year, took place on second October weekend. The winner of the one-round competition T * (145 cm) with the finals was the Czech representative Ondřej Zvára, who rode a twelve-year-old horse Quimero-M.

Rabbit Havana the best among ladies

The 17th Harry Petrlík Memorial Stakes, sponsored by Metrostav (Class A, 1m, 3yo+ fillies and mares), was the highlight of the twelfth raceday at Chuchle Arena Prague. The winner was 4yo filly Rabbit Havana with last year's jockey-champion David Liška, who ended his two-month wait for victory.

Christophe Soumillon won the European Jockeys' Cup

On Saturday, September 28, the fifth year of the spectacular raceday, with twelve jockeys from ten countries, the Leram European Jockey Cup, took place at the Chuchle Arena Prague. His biggest star was one of the world's best jockeys, Belgian native Christophe Soumillon, who also won the final ranking and the Cup for the winner. Dutch Adrie de Vries placed second and Eduardo Pedroza from Panama was the third.
