Renomia raceday with traditional stayers race

On Sunday, October 24, the last but one part of this year's metropolitan horse racing season will be held in Chuchle Arena Prague. The highlight of the RENOMIA Raceday is the 100th President Stakes (Class A, 2m, 200 ths. CZK, 3yo and up). The race is held under the auspices of the President of the Czech Republic Miloš Zeman.

The field of ten horses will run and 6yo gelding Cacophonous (ridden by jockey Martina Havelková, who is also his trainer), last year the fifth in Prix de Cadran (Gr.1) and the fourth in St Leger Italiano (Gr.3), is the favourite of this special stayers' race. The second and third of this year's Slovak St Leger Cape Crown and Dionis and the winner of July Karlsbad Stakes Orleano look like the biggest rivals for him.

The program of eight races starts at 1 p. m. and contains also another popular race: 14th running of Grey horses Stakes, sponsored by CK Martin Tour, the race only for white coloured horses.
